You create and maintain your own Pilot Profile that is stored in our database. Your profile includes flight hours, certifications, education, and other information relating to your professional experience. Your profile data is automatically matched against the minimum qualifications of listed air carriers. You can easily find air carriers matching your qualifications and contact their recruiter. Recruiters, in turn, can easily find your profile and match you to their qualifications. In addition, affiliate hiring offices use your profile information in their hiring process. This eliminates the need for you to fill out multiple job applications for various air carriers.
If you do not meet an air carrier's minimum qualifications, our Qualification Matrix shows you specifically where more experience may be needed.
If you have been selected by an affiliated air carrier for interview, your profile will show a "Hiring Tab". Use the Hiring Tab to enter additional information required by the hiring office and schedule your interview on-line. After a successful interview, your profile information is used to generate all the necessary hiring documents. This saves the air carrier a lot of time and streamlines the hiring process in order to get you in the cockpit.
Candidate profiles are automatically evaluated based on specific flight hours, certifications and other entered criteria. Air carriers provide their minimum qualification desired and we match it up in our PilotCredentials Matrix.

FedEx, Southwest Airlines, and American Airlines/US Airways are both customers of Pilot Credentials and because of the demanding recruiting requirements of these large carriers, we maintain custom profile databases for them. Profiles created in these affiliated recruiting sites are separate and independent of Pilot Credentials Global. However, you will be able to update both FedEx, SWA and American Airlines/US Airways profiles from your Global profile.
FedEx, Southwest Airlines, and American Airlines/US Airways maintain their own database of profiles independent of each other and Pilot Credentials Global. For legal reasons, only pilots meeting their respective minimum qualifications can create profiles for FedEx, SWA, and American Airlines/US Airways. However, any pilot can create a profile in Pilot Credentials Global. If you have a FedEx, SWA or American Airlines/US Airways profile, updates made to your Global Profile can be posted to your FedEx, SWA, or American Airlines/US Airways profiles eliminating the need to re-key your profile data. Use the Data Sync tool on your Pilot Credentials Global profile page to apply updates your other Pilot Credentials profiles.
Data Sync allows you to copy your profile to and from existing FedEx, SWA, and American Airlines/US Airways profiles. If you are new to Pilot Credentials Global and have a complete profile in the FedEx, SWA, or American Airlines/US Airways database, use Data Sync to “import” your existing profile and avoid having to re-enter your profile information. Conversely, modifications made to your Global Profile can be exported to your FedEx, SWA, and American Airlines/US Airways profiles at any time. This allows you to make on-going profile changes, such as flight hours and work experiences, to your Global Profile and export those changes to your FedEx, SWA, or American Airlines/US Airways profiles.
Candidates may be instructed by a hiring office to create a profile on Pilot Credentials for the purpose of completing an application for employment. In this case, use the "sign-up" button from the air carrier's recruiting page. You can access the air carrier's recruiting page from the URL provided by the hiring office. An air carrier's recruiting page can also be accessed from our home page by clicking on the air carrier's logo. Profiles created through the sign-up button of an air carrier's recruiting page are usually provided free of charge and are independent and separate from Pilot Credentials Global. In that case, the candidate is visible only to that air carrier. However, if you create a profile in Pilot Credentials Global your profile will be visible to all air carriers whose minimum qualifications you match.
Email us at [email protected] and we will attempt to get that air carrier listed.
This will vary with the amount of personal history, flight hours and other details you have to enter. Most profiles can go from sign up to ready to compare minimum qualifications with Air Carrier qualifications in less than an hour.
Your contact information, previous addresses, flight hours, education history, work experience, and references. We also store uploaded attachments that may be requested by recruiting offices. We do not store social security numbers, driver's license numbers, passport numbers, or credit card numbers.
The Aircraft Summary Subtotal on the Flight Hours Page reflects attributes of the aircraft. For example, a B727 is used for both passengers and cargo. An F16, on the other hand, would never be used for passengers or cargo. If you have flown passengers in a B727 the Aircraft Summary Subtotal will show flight hours under cargo as well as passengers. This does not misrepresent your flying time, it merely states you have flown an aircraft that can be used for cargo.
You can update as often as you like.
Email us at [email protected] and we will attempt to list your certification.
No sensitive data such as social security number or driver's license numbers are required.
We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
We will not share your information to any third party without your consent.
